Of course. Many Storylooms begin in childhood and continue through adulthood. Others focus on a single year or a single relationship. Together, we'll decide what makes the strongest story.

Yes. You'll review the completed illustrated book before anything goes to print. This is your opportunity to request refinements and make sure every page feels just right before it's printed and bound.

Yes. Many customers already have a title in mind, while others prefer us to suggest one. We'll make sure it feels true to your story.

Every Storyloom is written, illustrated, designed, reviewed, and printed individually. You're not choosing a template or uploading photographs into a layout. You're commissioning an original illustrated keepsake book created over several weeks by real writers and illustrators. That's what makes every Storyloom unique.

Most Storylooms take two to three weeks from your first conversation to delivery. If you're working towards a special date, let us know. We'll plan the timeline so it's ready to be opened when it matters most.

Yes. If you'd like additional copies for parents, siblings, or other family members, we can arrange them for an additional cost. It's easiest to order extra copies alongside your original Storyloom, but they can often be added later as well.

Yes. You'll review your Storyloom before it goes to print, so there will be an opportunity to request reasonable refinements.

Yes. Shipping is included with every Storyloom. There are no additional delivery charges.

No. Because every Storyloom is created exclusively for one person or family, we don't offer Cash on Delivery. We begin creating your book only after your order is confirmed.

Yes. Storyloom is crafted in India and delivered to families around the world. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Absolutely. If your Storyloom is a gift, we can send it directly to your recipient with your personalised gift note included.

Yes. Once your Storyloom has been dispatched, we'll share the tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Because every Storyloom is commissioned exclusively for one person or family, orders can only be cancelled before the writing and illustration process begins. If you've changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Since every Storyloom is personalised, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless the book arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing defect.

If your Storyloom is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photographs of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.

Yes. Everything you share with us - your memories, photographs, and personal information - is kept completely private. We never publish or share your Storyloom without your permission.
